We are thrilled to bring Les Dîners Perchés to Mexico for a special edition in an abandoned hacienda near Mérida, Yucatán, hosted with our friends Camille & Mario, and cooked by chefs Aleli Vicencio of Ramiro & Scott Burnett of Camote, both in Merida.

Les Dîners Perchés are intimate and soulful dinners, hosted in unique outdoor locations - from forests and gardens to hidden estates.

Guests gather around a single long table to share a menu crafted with care, celebrating local, seasonal ingredients, open-fire cooking, and the joy of sharing a meal together around a beautiful table setting.

Every edition is about discovering a place, sharing flavors, and connecting with others in a warm, festive atmosphere.

For this edition, chefs Aleli Vicencio & Scott Burnett, both currently cooking in Merida at restaurants Ramiro and Camote, will take over the grill and the hearth, creating dishes inspired by the Yucatán, from slow-cooked specialties to seasonal vegetables, and a few surprises you won’t see coming.
